Policies:
Deposits: A deposit of one night's rent is required to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is refundable based on the cancellation notice requirements listed below.
Cancellations: To cancel telephone us at 212.929.1023 and get a cancellation code from our agent. ~ Reservations of 6 nights or less require 7 days notice. ~ Reservations of 7 nights or more require 14 days notice. ~ Group reservations require 14 days notice. ~ Reservations for GayPride require 30 days notice. ~ Reservations for New Year's Eve require 30 days notice. Please cancel by telephone and get a cancellation code from our agent. Adjustments can only be made with a cancellation code. Changes: You may change your reservation without charge based on same notice requirements for cancellations. However the rate may change based on the rates available for the new reservation.
No Shows: Your reservation will be held until 10:00 AM the day following your arrival date, after which the room will be released. No adjustments will be made for a no show.
